Could people actually pay to come see what you do? Choose Iowa will explore agritourism and ways beekeepers and other agricultural businesses can generate additional income by inviting the public into their operations.

Bio:

Beth Romer has served as the Choose Iowa Program Director with the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship since 2022. Choose Iowa is the state’s signature brand for Iowa food and beverages that are grown, raised or made within Iowa. Choose Iowa also offers cost-share grants which leverage additional private investment to increase or diversify agricultural product offerings, expand markets and shorten the supply chain.
